Crew Lead
The Crew Lead (CL) is responsible for ensuring client and crew accountability by staying updated on client cases, and proactively communicating with the team. The CL mentors crew members, shares best practices, and supports CSMs with complex cases. Additionally, the CL provides Salesforce expertise by designing solutions, leading discovery sessions, and delivering tailored training to clients. They also facilitate weekly updates with CSMs and attend leadership meetings. The CL plays a key role in guiding and supporting both the crew and clients.
Technical Admin
The Technical Admin (Tech) is responsible for performing basic Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, configuration, and building reports and dashboards. The Tech is proactive and can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, and designing best practice solutions. The Tech works closely with the Client Success Manager (CSM) and other team members, collaborating efficiently while meeting project deadlines and upholding a professional standard of work.
Client Success Manager
The Client Success Manager (CSM), is responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. The CSM is the primary liaison between Client Cloudcare and the client, handling communication, managing project timelines, and ensuring tasks are executed with precision. By working closely with tech teams and project leads, the CSM oversees the progression of cases and makes sure all client expectations are met. The contributions of the CSM directly influences the success of each project, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction every step of the way.
Project Manager
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for guiding the successful delivery of client projects, ensuring all objectives and timelines are met while delivering an exceptional client experience. The PM collaborates with the Client Success Manager (CSM), Tech Lead, and other team members to oversee cases, allocate tasks, and monitor progress. This role demands strong communication, proactive management of team capacity, and a focus on exceeding client expectations in both project and managed service contexts.
