Powered by Salesforce Data, Real-Time SurveyVista Dashboards Are a “Game–Changer” for FourBlock

FourBlock is a nonprofit organization that brings veterans together and connects them with employers from top companies at both the local and national levels to build relationships and help them successfully transition to meaningful new careers.

 

The Challenge

FourBlock has over 4,500 alumni and welcomes about 1000 new students each year into their programs. They offer a ten-week program on job readiness, which conducts weekly sessions between veterans and different prospective employers. Before and after each session, students will receive surveys to help assess their career readiness, as well as measure the impact of these interactions.

Their previous form solution’s pricing model was cost prohibitive and placed significant constraints on their program’s growth. The increased cost for more responses and surveys caused frustration and prevented the team from capturing all the necessary feedback they needed.

They needed a survey solution that could fit their budget.

 

Solution

With the help of Client Cloudcare, FourBlock found and vetted SurveyVista for their needs. “SurveyVista eased the pricing constraints for us,” says Lisa Stern, former Director of Program Impact and Assessment at FourBlock. “We found it on the Salesforce AppExchange. The communication was excellent from the very start. The SurveyVista team explained the process incredibly well, and responded to questions quickly. We also found the Knowledge Bank impressive.”

“SurveyVista makes it a lot easier to work with our custom objects,” adds Liz McCormick, Salesforce Consultant for FourBlock at Client Cloudcare, “and it’s easy and automatic to create or update Salesforce records based on survey responses.” Their previous solution was more limited in comparison.

In addition, FourBlock wanted a platform that makes it easy to create dashboards to easily view their new data in Salesforce, and frees them up from having to answer questions about data that everyone should be able to see in real-time.

“The SurveyVista team customized a whole best practices guide for us specifically designed for migrating…” says Liz with a smile. “That blew us away. It’s the definition of going above and beyond. It was very helpful.”

 

Conclusion

FourBlock has used SurveyVista now for over a year and is thrilled to report it is still meeting their forms, survey, and reporting requirements all while staying within their budget requirements. This frees up more resources to fuel FourBlock’s mission to support veterans seeking new careers.
